I build things end to end

and like knowing what’s under the hood — quick to solve, built to hold.

I’m a full-stack software engineer. What I’m best at is solving problems the engineering way — fast, pragmatic, and in a shape that stays manageable long after it ships. I’m not attached to my solution; I’m attached to the right one.

I rarely just use a tool. I take it apart until I understand what it’s doing underneath.

work
A LIMS — the software that runs the day-to-day of medical laboratories.
pursuit
Medical-imaging AI — models, pipelines, and DICOM viewer integration.
hobby
A self-hosted homelab — infrastructure I break and fix on my own time.

Trained as a mechanical engineer; software all the way down ever since.

Laboratory Information Management System

day job

A system that runs medical diagnostic laboratories end to end — orders, samples, devices, results, billing, reporting. I work across the whole stack: the React operator console, the .NET back-end, the integration layer that talks to lab analyzers over HL7, serial, and TCP — plus the lab's public patient portal in Next.js. Real-time by design, built to survive real lab workflows.

Medical-imaging AI

professional focus

Deep-learning models for radiology — detection and segmentation on X-ray, ultrasound, and MRI — and the platform around them: a FastAPI service with a model registry, a human-in-the-loop annotation workflow, and a customized OHIF viewer that renders AI findings right in the DICOM viewport.

Mobile health companion

in development

A patient-facing app that brings medications, lab results, and health records into one place, with a dosing-schedule model that matches how prescriptions actually work. I build both sides — the React Native app and the NestJS API behind it.

Headed toward making sense of scattered health data as one picture.

Company work is closed-source, so there’s nothing to click here. My public repos are where I learn and tinker — honest snapshots of curiosity, not production systems.

Self-hosting is the hobby that overlaps with work — a homelab that keeps teaching me things the hard way. Beyond the screen: music, long bike rides, books, and the occasional 3D print or Arduino build.

The inbox is open — for work, for questions, or just to compare notes.
